SCHECTER GUITAR RESEARCH ENTHUSIAST
Providing guitar buyers with the information they
need about Schecter guitars, among the best in guitar ingenuity and affordability.
Schecter
Guitar Research, started by Dave Schecter many years ago, manufactures some
of the more well designed and affordable guitars in the business. The adornments
are beautiful and the sonics surpass all but the most expensive of guitars.
The Schecter above is the C1-Classic with the amazing vine-of-life inlay on
the neck, gorgeous quilted maple top, and Seymour Duncan pickups. The C1-Classic
also sports the TonePro locking bridge system for greater sustain and a more
pure tone. This is by far my favorite Schecter on the market and retails for
$999. For more detailed information about the C1 Classic
click on the guitar.
C1
CLASSIC
The
C-Series is the most popular line Schecter produces.
C1
ELITE
The
C1-Elite is just a step down from the Classic in the C-Series. Set-neck construction
with a rosewood fingerboard over a maple neck stacked with 24 jumbo frets. This
beautiful axe sports a mahogany body with a maple top and abolone body and neck
binding. Like all C-Series guitars the Elite pushes out some amazing sonics
with the help of Seymour Duncan humbuckers. It retails for $899 but you can
definately have one of your own for much less than that here.

C1
PLUS
With
the C1 Plus you can choose from the georgous black cherry finish seen above,
vintage sunburst, or cherry sunburst. Mahogany body with a flame maple top and
creme body and neck binding. The chrome tune-o-matic bridge and grover tuners
complement the dual Seymour Duncan humbuckers perfectly. With 24 jumbo frets
you have plenty of sonic freedom. This one retails for $749. Click
on the guitar for a more detailed description.
C1
Standard
The lower end of the Schecter C-Series guitars is the C1. With a mahogany
body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard this guitar is very comfortably
played and heard with impressive sonics for a guitar of this price. With Duncan
designed pickups built to exact specifications this demon screams. And the
24 jumbo frets and black hardware help round everything out. It retails for
$599 but like I said earlier, you definately dont have to pay that much here.

This
is the Jerry Horton signature model from Schecter. Jerry Horton is the guitarist
from Papa Roach. It comes in gloss black, white and gray, all with the "roach"
graphic on the body and inlayed into the 12th fret. The sonics are attributed
to a Seymour Duncan distortion pickup at the bridge and an SD Jazz pickup at
the neck position. This model retails for $999 but of course, you can get a
much better deal here. Click on the guitar for a more
detailed description of the Jerry Horton Artist Model.
